Hello! Thank you for your interest in staying in our home. The room is located in a detached laneway house on the property of the host. There is another student living in the 2nd bedroom, and you will share the kitchen, washroom, dining table, and washing machines with the other student.

Rent is $900 per month.

The unit and rooms are new, bright, clean, and fully furnished with a bed (with bedsheets, pillow, and blanket), small desk, and chair. Also included in the rental price is high-speed internet, water, electricity, heat. The kitchen has a full sized fridge and stove for your use. There is in suite laundry available. There are NO meals included in the room fee, you cook your own meals, and purchase your own groceries and toiletries.

The house is on a quiet street in East Vancouver. The house is within 10 min walk to bus routes (#41, R4, #25, #27) and access (15 min walk) to Joyce or 29th Avenue Skytrain station.

-no smoking, vaping, illicit drug use, or parties/loud gatherings.
-No Pets of any type.

The maximum occupancy of each room is 1 person. A 50% deposit is required. The deposit is refundable if you complete the contract term, and there is no damage to the room or property. We will require a copy of government issued photo ID or passport upon signing of an agreement.
