LARGE detached room on a quiet cul-de-sac in Clairemont Mesa. Centrally located, 20 minutes to beach, downtown, UCSD and Balboa Park. Minutes to Pacific Beach and Mesa college. Five-minute walk to metro bus route #44.
The main house is a three-bedroom home. You will be the only renter in the detached 4th room. We are a family of 3 (husband, wife and a 14-year old).
All utilities included (yes WiFi). 3-month minimum lease.
We have 2 medium sized family dogs who mostly hang out with us (Woof), but they will give you an enthusiastic greeting when you come home and they'll hang out with you when you hang out in the shared back yard. Full access to on-site laundry, fully equipped shared kitchen, shared bathroom. Easy street parking.
$800 unfurnished or $825 fully furnished.
Room includes a frig, microwave, bed, bedding, water cooler (hot & cold water), Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, desk, armoire, couch, coffee table, decorations.
Female, single occupancy, non-smoker, no drugs, no drama. No pets (non-negotiable).

My wife and I met in a small town in the south of France were we both lived. My wife and son are both French speakers. I lived in Japan for a year.
We would love to share dinners with our guest, but due to schedules, we could not do dinners every night.
