Homestay in Calgary, Canada
My home is a very creative space. It is a two bedroom apartment in one of the best areas of the city.
The room I am renting comes equipped with a desk, chair and a good size closet which is shown in the pictures.
The best thing about my home is the location. I live in Marda Loop. Everything you need is within walking distance. There are tons of places to eat, lots of little stores, coffee shops, a grocery store, health food store, yoga studios, gyms and much more all within a five minute walk.
Public transit (buses) are also very close- about a 5 min walk . The location is very convenient.
I am on the quiet side and keep my apartment very clean. I ask that you tidy up after yourself in the common spaces and that you eat at the kitchen table rather than in your room. I also ask that you limit your shower time to 10 mins and keep your bedroom space clean. You are free to come and go but if you return home after 11:00 pm please enter quietly. My building is a no-smoking building and it is definitely not a place for parties. I do not have a TV as I am not a TV fan so you will have to watch movies on your computer.
