I am excited to open my peaceful home to a college-age independent student or young professional who can enjoy a cultural exchange. I have hosted students from China, Brazil, Ireland and Australia.
I offer a private shared bedroom in a comfortably-sized 3-bedroom condo. The room is being rented by a female student from Brazli (23 years old) My place is 10 minutes walking distance from the trolley, restaurants, coffee shops. 7/11 e.t.c. Quiet complex that features a pool, Jacuzzi, 2 bbq areas, 2 tennis courts, a gym, 2 saunas, and racquetball court.
I work full time and on my days off enjoy hiking and dancing. I have two sons and a daughter. My sons ages 21 and 23 live about 10 minutes from my house and visit me often. I am sure you’ll enjoy meeting them. My daughter age 14 stays with me half the time...so you will see her for a few days a week.
We speak English at home.
If I am available on day/time needed I’ll be happy to offer a free airport pickup and drop off.
The rules are no smoking and no overnight guests. Other than that I hope you enjoy your stay.
