Large furnished room with walk-in closet, private bathroom and private entrance. You will have use of kitchen, laundry facilities and yard and a bicycle. We have been hosting students since 2003 and offer a safe, friendly environment very close to San Diego State University and Mission Valley schools. Spanish and French also spoken in the household and can help with English translation. No smoking, no overnight guests. CoVid vaccination must be up to date. We have a small friendly dog.
