Homestay in Calgary, Canada
SAFE & LOVING PLACE WHERE YOU CAN CALL HOME!
We are a family of 2 professionals(plus 2 blind dogs) looking for clean, non-smoker, responsible and communicative homestay students or adults to share our home in Northwest Calgary.
We have 3 fully furnished bedrooms (One with a queen-size bed and 2 other rooms with a double-size bed) and they are located on the main floor. All bedrooms are very bright and all the windows were new(3 layer pane). The homestay students will have a shared bathroom and shared cleaning responsibilities for the bathroom.
Our house is less than 1 minute walk from the No.2 and 3 minutes walk from the No. 3 bus stop that will take you to downtown Calgary within 20 minutes. The No. 3 bus runs every 10 minutes. Also, there are lots of amenities around the house like 4 big groceries, T&T market(the biggest asian market in the city), clinics, gyms, etc) and a beautiful Nose Hill Park within 10 minute walk.
The students are expected to keep their own room & bathroom tidy and clean up after using other areas of the home.
We would keep all the living space clean so that everyone can enjoy the home in a clean environment.
Also, we have a big backyard that has an apple tree, raspberries, strawberries, and other vegetables as well as a big BBQ grill so that we can have nice BBQ times in Summer. As well as we renovated a nice big deck in the backyard.
