Welcome to your Toronto Location Homestay, your home away from home!

Hi and welcome to Canada!!

You know as well as we do, studying in Toronto is a great opportunity to learn English, live in a great city; close to everything. My name is Caterina and I am a secondary school teacher. My mother and I have hosted students for many years. We live in a safe area and love to help in anyway we can.

Steps away from a TTC street car stop. Our condo is on St. Clair and Keele St. near the popular High park and many shop, restaurants and boutiques. We are located near the Junction, a very trendy area boasting specialized boutiques and eateries. Stockyard is nearby that has many stores from clothing to groceries and electronics. We are 15 minutes from the water front which is a wonderful place to visit and stay the day. We are about 40 minutes away from Yorkdale shopping mall, 20 minutes away from Dufferin Mall and 30 minutes from downtown.

We have hosted in the past and have developed wonderful relationships with all our students and still remain in contact with many of them through social media. It’s so rewarding to watch each student grow and improve their English and adopt to the Canadian culture over time. That's what makes hosting so exciting.

We understand that your studies are of upmost important so we will offer but not bother you with family outings.

We have 2 rooms in a beautiful home in a great area (basement $900 and upper floor $1000) and a 1.5 bedroom condo available currently. The entire condo excluding utilities and wifi will cost $2500/ monthly for 1-2 people or $1350 for the large bedroom and $1150 for den. This includes laundry on the premises. Both the rooms in the home and the condo are fully furnished will include all you will need to live comfortably. Going forward, we ask that you provide toilet paper, and any other toiletries you will need. We will always start you off with what you will need so you can focus on school or getting acclaimed so you won’t need to rush out to buy anything.
