The home is a short 5 – 7 minute walk from Ashmont Station – the Red Line. The newly built station includes business offices, restaurants, and shops. The Red Line directly accesses MGH, UMASS, the Commuter rail, South Station for Amtrack Trains and Logan Airport, the Orange Line, Downtown Boston, the Cambridge centers of Kendall Square, Central Square, and, most importantly, Harvard Square. Ashmont is one of the identified areas, demographically speaking, it is a much easier commute to your destination. You would be a 5-7 minute walk to Ashmont Station and would get off of the train right at your destination without having to make any connections; without being out in the weather; without any other commuting hassles. This ease in COMMUTING is a MAJOR benefit.

The former mayor of Boston is from and lives in the Ashmont Area. We are 2 miles from the ocean and 4 miles from downtown. The neighborhood has a great hospital, plenty of local restaurants, pubs, and museums. There are plenty of bus stops and train terminals. Ashmont area is steadily being invested in by the city of Boston. Deal direct with owner-occupied. No Agency is involved, and No admin fees are required.

5 to 7 min walking distance to the Red Line Shawmut/Ashmont T Station and MBTA Stops.
