A brand-new condo near downtown.
There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment.. You will access the whole apartment with fully furniture. You can cook yourself. I live in the another apartment of the condo.
I am Chinese, new immigrant of Canada since April 2016. I have been an airbnb hostess for 2 years when I was in China. I hosted travelers from many countries and districts: America,Europe, Asia, except Africa. I got a lot of positive reviews.
This is my first time to host home stay students.

全新的带电梯公寓，离地铁绿线frontanec 站五分钟步行时间，步行范围内有有超市，餐馆，咖啡屋，体育馆，图书馆。本公寓有严格的安防系统，有室内停车位提供（如果需要，费用另算）。整套二卧室单元出租，电器家具全配（灶台，洗衣机，微波炉，电冰箱，空调，床，桌），如果需要床品也可以提供。我住在同一层的另一套单元内。这是我第一次尝试做home stay房东。在前在国内我做过2年的airbnb房东，接待过来自世界各地到中国旅行的客人，获得了五星好评，被airbnb评为超级房东。
我来加拿大定居一年，讲汉语英语，法语暂时还不行。我有二个孩子，一个上初中，一个大学。都在国内受过汉语教育，在家里他们讲汉语，在学校讲法语，英语。
我不擅长做饭，我可以在您单元的冰箱里备好食材，您自己做。如果您比我还不擅长做饭，并且包容性强，也可以每天来我的单元里吃我做的饭：）
