Welcome to my safe and quiet homestay in the beaches area of Toronto!

The streetcar takes 30 min to get downtown and the closest subway station is Woodbine. The streetcar stop is right across the street - 30 metres away. It takes you directly downtown.

I have been successfully hosting homestay students for over 5 years. I love welcoming guests from all different parts of the world and accept all cultures and nationalities. I have traveled to over 65 countries myself. My hobbies include baking, reading, working out and going to the movies. I have a very gentle sweet doggie here too.

While you are here I'm happy to help you with any questions about the city, your stay, what to do.

The homestay rooms are on the second level of the house. There are two rooms.
The first room is a furnished homestay room with a double-sized bed, night table, small lamp, stand up lamp, desk chair, wardrobe for clothing. There is also a private deck for you to enjoy. It has a chair and outdoor sofa. This room has a large window facing the backyard. There are lots of trees. The room is very quiet.


The second homestay room is also upstairs. It has a loft twin bed, desk and chair for studying or reading. There is a huge wardrobe for your clothing in this room. The room also has a nice window. It is a quiet room.

House rules include keeping your space clean, no guests, no smoking/vaping anywhere on the property, quiet hours at night, and no shoes inside the house. Due to allergies, this homestay can only accommodate scent-free guests.
