Homestay in Calgary, Canada
Located in the quiet neighborhood of Bowness Road in NW Calgary AB.
We have 1 vacant bedroom for rent, with a single bed and a side table. We can also provide TV upon request.
We're 3 ladies living in the unit, and we're looking for someone to share the house with. Someone whose tidy, respectful, honest and fun.
You can move in anytime. Please give notice 4 weeks in advance if you need to leave.
Utilities are included, shared bathroom (1 full bathroom in the basement and half bathroom in the main floor).
The deposit is one month's rent.
You can cook freely in the kitchen during the day.
Downtown is just a bus away. There's a bus stop just right in front of the house.
There's also nearby parks, library and supermarket. Location is also near COP (Canada Olympic Park).
