We have a big house so I think we are able to accommodate some students which we have lots UW and WLU student tenants in the past 14 years
My House has no pet, no smoke policy. We like students who study hard, consider other people's feeling, respect each other , obey the law & rules and keep house clean. We have Canadian and International students came from German, French,China and Holland in the past.
My wife and I are Canadians but we came from Taiwan 20 years ago but my kids only can speak English so it is a good environment for you to learn English. My wife and I can speak Chinese. We are more Canadian than Chinese style.
I have visited many countries China, Japan, German, Argentina, USA, Philippine, Singapore, Belize, Mexico, Bahamas, Costa Rica, New Zealand, Australia,Italy and France and 20 years ago I can speak limited German, French, Spanish, Cantonese and Taiwanese.
I currently work at a financial institute as a Senior database architect and manager. I have a master degree and I have almost 30 years IT experience. I was the president of KW Taiwanese association.
