All furnished studio with 2 bedrooms (queen size bed) to rent for John Abbott College or McGill University (McDonald Campus, St Anne de Bellevue Site) students.
Warning: McGill University is not the one in Montreal City, we are located in the West Island.
Only one bedroom is still available.
The studio with its independant access is part of the family house we are living in.
Sharing spaces: Living room, bathroom, TV, high speed internet, little Kitchen and laundry room to be shared between the two roommates.
Each bedroom is overlooking on the garden. Quiet environment.
One student per room.
Internet, electricity, hot water, heating included, independent entrance with privative garden.
2km to John Abbott/St Anne de Bellevue, 10 minutes biking, 2 minutes walking to Bus Stop, 1 km to train station/Grocery/Subway.
