Welcome to our bright and cozy basement suite, perfect for homestay students or guests looking for a comfortable and welcoming environment.

This spacious suite includes two private bedrooms, with shared access to a clean bathroom, a full kitchen, and a comfortable shared living room - ideal for relaxing, studying, or socializing with your suite-mate. You will also enjoy the convenience of an in-suite laundry.

Conveniently located just across the street from a T&T Supermarket, the suite offers privacy and independence while still being part of a warm, family-oriented home. Our family lives upstairs, which includes two adults, a sweet and fun toddler, and an energetic and loving family dog.

We value a peaceful, respectful living environment and are happy to provide support and cultural exchange if you are a student adjusting to life in Canada. Whether you're here to study or work, you will find a safe, welcoming place to call home.
