We are in the vibrant Commercial Drive neighborhood and close to downtown. Just a short 5 minute walk to the main Broadway/Commercial skytrain hub for rapid transit or rapid bus to UBC. Transit is one zone and approx. 10minutes to downtown on skytrain. There is also the option of the bus at the end of our street. Our home is a quiet one best suited to students. We are near a school and a park with free tennis courts available plus a bike sharing site which you can join when you are in Vancouver. There is a small kitchen with all appliances. TV is in a separate room next to the bedroom. We usually host only one to two students. We have hosted students for many years, from many countries around the world. We have two small dogs, but we are unable to accept students bringing their pets. We are both well travelled and enjoy interacting daily with our homestay students. Our length of stay can be negotiated but we do require one month notice to vacate. Please contact us directly if you require further information.
