Hi.... My name is Ma Tin, semi-retired professional, who has 3 bedroom apartment to share with you. I just move back to Ottawa where I came to study 23 years ago. I’ve homestay business for 4 years in Vancouver, 2 years in Edmonton and I enjoyed having international students. Most of my homestay students were from University where I worked.
I am very active person and love outdoor sports both summer and winter. I do not sit down to watch TV but like to have good conversation with people. Students, who like to cook can use the kitchen. My place is close to amenities like shopping, Banks, cinema, grocery stores, Britannia Beach and Gym facilities inside the building with free of charge.
It is easy and quick bus transportation less than one minute walk from front door. Both #11,#57,#85 bus will take you 5-minute to Bayshore shopping center, 40 to 50 minute to Ottawa U or Carleton U and 35 - 45minutes to Algonquin College. Walking distance to Ottawa River, Britannia beach, bike path and shopping mall. I am sure who come to stay with me will have enjoyable, productive and learn your life to be useful, valued and understand the freedom in life.
