Greetings!
My name is Michelina and I was born in Italy but lived most of my life in Montreal. I am fluent in English, French, Italian and know a bit of Spanish. We are conveniently located in a quiet residential area on the island of Montreal (postal code H8N 1K4) on the green metro line (Angrignon). Our home is within walking distance or short bus ride from all essential services like shopping malls, grocery stores, public transport and bicycle paths. We are 20 minutes from Trudeau International Airport.
Montreal has a clean, safe, and efficient transit system, which is easy to navigate and is the best way to commute. Our home is accessible to public transportation and it would take approximately 25 minutes from Angrignon métro station to get to the downtown core. Montreal is a very bike-friendly city with many bicycle paths and it would take about 40 minutes to travel downtown by bike! It is also a great way to discover the city and the surrounding areas.
We have been hosting students for over 15 years and have had students from Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Italy, Germany, Austria, Spain, South Korea, China, Ukraine, Africa, Japan and Brazil. Our home has been completely renovated and our upper apartment is available for students looking for a more independent stay where they can cook for themselves. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. We offer a clean, tranquil and comfortable, non-smoking home with 3 bedrooms in the apartment for guests (female only) - one is a large room with a queen size bed (suited for double occupancy or single occupancy as well) with lots of storage space and includes a desk for working. The bathroom is shared with other students.
