- We live in a condo on the 28th floor, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a balcony, and a laundry unit with a washer and dryer.

- Currently, we are three people. My husband and I, and one student living with us.

- The monthly rent is $1100, with a $200 damage deposit. If all rules are followed and no damage occurs, the $200 will be returned on the last day.

- Your rent includes a private bedroom, shared bathroom, shared kitchen, shared laundry, and access to building amenities.

- The bathroom is shared with one other student. My husband and I have a separate bathroom.

- Amenities: gym, pool, sauna, and hot tub—all for you to enjoy.

- A contract with clear home rules will be signed before move-in.

- Important: Due to allergies, we have specific kitchen rules. You will have your own convection oven, cutting board, pans, and a section in the fridge for your use.

- Shared Spaces: When we are not at home, you are welcome to use the dining area, living room, and balcony. We are a busy couple and appreciate mutual respect for privacy.

- Convenient Location: The condo is in a great spot for shopping and transit. There is a shopping mall within a 10-minute walk, grocery stores, and other shops within 5–15 minutes. The SkyTrain is only a 7-minute walk, with various bus stops nearby, making public transportation very accessible.

- Laundry: Self-service washer and dryer are in the condo (detergent not included).
