Hi, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce my home, My family and I is seeking for a homestay like you, we are currently residing in prime area of Richmond BC, which is so convenient to go around the city. It is very accessible with bus and train. A walking distance to shopping malls, library, School Board, City Hall,Oval,Park and Recreation, Hospital, Gym,etc and very close to YVR airport... If you require airport pickup please let me know in advance.
I like to host reason I like to also know different culture, I have been experienced enough to know. I am very strict to my rules but mostly we are all matured enough to understand different situations and I expect the same from my students.

Room #1 - shared room with a bunk bed and a single bed includes the ff: Breakfast (Eggs,sausages,bread,jam,peanut butter,Nutella,milk,orange juice,apple juice,fruits or cereals) Dinner (family styled dinner) Rice and 1 dish, pasta, and soup. 1x laundry....


Room #2- Queen size bed, a nice walk in closet very spacious, with balcony and includes the ff: Breakfast (Eggs,sausages,bread,jam,peanut butter,Nutella,milk,orange juice,apple juice,fruits or cereals) Dinner (family styled dinner) Rice and 1 dish, pasta, and soup. 1x laundry....


Room #3- A singe bed in a nice room, walk in closet,big window and includes the ff: Breakfast (Eggs,sausages,bread,jam,peanut butter,Nutella,milk,orange juice,apple juice,fruits or cereals) Dinner (family styled dinner) Rice and 1 dish, pasta, and soup. 1x laundry( NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT)

Rules are pretty simple:Homestay student is well encouraged to only speak English while at home...
Living room is a common area and homestays are most welcome to watch TV...
Students are also needed to socialize with family once in a while, often will be more ideal and definitely respects your privacy and can stay inside your room... Communication is also obliged..:
