My house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Vancouver, near Boundary & E 22nd Ave. Short walk to bus stops (#25 & #27), supermarkets (Superstore/Walmart/Save on Foods, etc.) and park. You can take a direct bus to UBC (#25) and easy access to Skytrain to downtown.

The rooms are bright, clean, fully furnished, and personal door lock & key. The room fee includes water/electricity/heat/laundry/WIFI. No meals are included. But we do have kitchen, cookware and fridges for homestays. No pets, No drugs, No smoking, No alcohol, No party, No visitors allowed in the property.

There are homestays from Japan & South Korea staying in my home now.

The minimum stay is three months.

A 50% deposit is required. The deposit is refundable if you complete the contract and no damage to the room. We need a copy of photo ID or passport for security reasons.
