We are family of 4 and a pet Dog.
Our house is recently built less than a year old which has ground floor an first floor with 5 bedrooms, 4 living areas and 3 bathrooms.
Only 1 bedroom is in ground floor with attached bathroom and walk in wardrobe with seperate locable entry which is for you. All other 4 bedrooms are in First floor which we are using.
Your room is a large room and has a queen bed, study table , Dining table, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle.
Your own Private Bathroom has big Shower, toilet and vanity.
You also have private entry gate and its not shared with main house entry.
Fully secured with Locable Gates.
Laundry is shared with main house but you have your access through Garage so no need to enter tthough Main house. We can arrange private cooking for you depends on the length of your stay.
Rent 350 per week (Includes - Electricity bills, water and Internet)
We have bus stop within 2 mins walk and that take you to Train station which is 5 mins away or can take you to university or malls.
Location is very quite, family friendly and safe with Security camera, fan and heater.
We can offer Airport pickup in weekends for $80/-.
