I have been running a homestay for a few years . International students from China , India , Japan , Vietnam and other countries have stayed here and they are happy . We speak English at home and I encourage students to practice the language especially if they want to improve. House is 10 minutes walk to tram stop . Tram No :86 goes to Melbourne city in 1 hour. 10 minutes walk to shopping centre and supermarket .
Close to RMIT and LaTrobe University .
