Greetings, and welcome to our home.

We are located in a peaceful area of Hamilton, near downtown Hamilton, Ontario. The current residents are mature individuals who do not host weekend parties. This accommodation is ideal for those seeking a tranquil environment to relax after a long day at school or work. Our property is approximately a 30-minute drive from McMaster Main Campus and is conveniently situated near a bus stop, as well as in close proximity to grocery stores, fast food outlets, and restaurants.

The house features 5 rooms, including 2 bathrooms (one on the upper floor and one on the main floor), and is currently occupied by 2 professionals. Residents are expected to prepare their own meals and maintain cleanliness in shared spaces, such as the kitchen and bathroom. Laundry facilities are located in the basement for convenience.
