Hello Students, My homestay very quite and it is a nice Clean and smoke free home for stay. and very convenient to the market and grocery’s store And close to UBC , Langara College and Downtown and 3 mins Drive to 29th Station sky train going to downtown. # 20 bus stop front of the house very good for the international student, free wifi you have your on TV with cable inside the room is free thats Including your Rent, Smoking out side the house, no party allowed. We are very friendly couple 32 Years Old No Kids or children yet, We are a Asian Canadian family living and working in Vancouver since then. My wife is a English Teacher and also my self is a Manager in a Western Food Restaurant, We have a lovely 1-bedroom home in the East side part of Vancouver. We are situated 3-minutes Walk to the Park which is great for walking, running and cycling. There are also public tennis courts a short drive away form home . We are about 20 minutes from downtown by transit. We only host one or Two student at a time, and have had a lot of fun introducing students into our family and way of life.
The bedroom you have Glass window, a closet, a Refrigerator table and Chair. There is a 32" flat screen TV in the room with access to high speed internet,
We eat a well-balanced diet - fresh fruit and vegetables and a variety of protein. You can make your own breakfast and lunch, if you want to But not necessary and we will make dinner in the evenings. You are an adult, and we will treat you as one - mutual respect and open communication are key.
