I have a 2 bedroom suite with tv room, kitchen, bathroom, ensuite laundry and separate entrance with backyard seating that is close to UVIC and CAMOSUN COLLEGE. Steps away from Willows beach with bus stop in front of house to downtown. Parking on street if needed and one bike is available for use. Fully furnished and kitchen is fully equipped. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 2 BEDBROOM UNIT, $2500 ALL INCLUDED, $1250 PER BEDROOM UNIT
I have hosted international students and have rented to students for the last 10 years. Rental time is negotiable.
