I am running a homestay because I have ONE vacant room WITH a private bathroom. I been hosting students since 2017 from Langara College, Columbia college,Alexander college and Vancouver School Board. for high school students. I love cooking, walking for exercise and watching movies in netflix. Our house is near to bus stop and restaurant ,bakery , health clinic and beauty shops and banks.
We are only two in the family, no kids no pets. We have a large backyard where we play basketball or badminton. We have a bicycle for student's use to go around the block or in the park.I HAVE TWO ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR HOMESTAY.

No outside guests. No smoking, No drinking alcohol, Keep your room clean. Clean up after yourself. Don't wait to be asked, if you are hungry help yourself to the food on your dining table. Be kind and respectful.
