SERVICE CANADA 5MINS walk; Save On, Public Market few steps away, Minoru Park/Brighouse Elementary School in 3-5 minutes walk.
Walk to Richmond Centre and Lansdowne malls 25minutes.

2. City Centre - 5 bedrom duplex house - walking distance to major amenities - 5 minutes walk to two bus stops 401 & 407 to connect to Canada Line to Downtown Vancouver (BRIGHOUSE station is about 22MINUTES WALKING distance) - commute to D/T Vancouver is total of 22minutes from Canada Brighouse and Lansdowne stations. 5 minutes walk to Richmond Hospital: WorkSafe BC;

MY FAMILY migrated from Asian country, the Philippines since June 2000 and become Canadian Citizen since March 2004. We lived in Canada for over 24 years. Our house was custom built in 2010. We've been hosting International Students long term/short term since Jan 2010 (15 years now)
We had visited ASIAN AND MEXICO; U.S.A, .: Japan 2x; Mexico going 2x; Singapore, Hongkong, Taiwan; U.S.A in Seattle, Oregon, California.

Enjoy hosting to share our culture, customs, tradition and provide quality family life experience with our homestay guests. I hosted all types from Asian example: Japan, Hongkong, Taiwan, China; Latin and South America, Europeans eg: France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, also from Mexico, etc.. I believe experiences we have had CULTIVATED a good rapport and nice appreciation letters, notes coming from our guests. Hope to meet some of you in the near future.
