We are two Art Center students & one professional Concept Artist. We're looking for a female roommate who's clean & quiet. (We're also quiet, clean & introverted lol) We try to keep this place a great workspace, so we won't bother you!
Perks:
-12-15 min from Hillside campus, 7-10 min from South Campus, 6 min from PCC (& 15 min walk)
-Private bedroom w/closet & full-body mirror along wall, & large window!
-Shared bathroom with one Art Center student, she is exceptionally clean, cool, & often works on-campus! (you'll literally never see her)
-Includes EVERYTHING! (we also have high-speed internet)
-Spacious apartment with a lot of natural lighting in office area
-Pool, fitness room, community laundry room, & recreation facilities provided by apartment
-Safe gated community & quiet neighbors & neighborhood, free 1-2 hour parking by street is usually pretty empty
-Near Old Town Pasadena, Ralphs, Tender Greens, right next to Michael's, & right across Office Depot
-Large shared office space in living room
-No available garage parking, but in the process of getting a street parking permit
-Patio in back
Simple rules we try to keep intact (based on past experiences):
-Wash your own dishes asap (to avoid cockroaches & making it harder to wash later)
-Keep bathroom clean & tidy
-Take the trash out regularly if used; for large takeout bags, we try to throw it away in the community trash chutes by garage entrances so we don't waste trash bag space.
-Don't leave food out
-Throw away your old food that's been kept in the fridge for too long
-Wipe down kitchen stove after using
-If you bring friends over, make sure they're not loud
-No smoking
-Cleaning shared areas is welcomed & encouraged :D We try keeping things decent so we can avoid unwanted headaches later (especially with everything art students have on their plate already)
