Homestay in Port Coquitlam, Canada
We are a homestay family that is now getting back into this program, prior to covid we had been hosting for many years (27+). We have had a wide variety of students from various countries, like Germany, Brazil, China, Mexico and Japan. A good portion of our students we still keep in touch with and been inContact with constantly, especially during covid times. We have many interests and generally only have a few rules that we are strict on, like no smoking or drugs of any kind in or around the house. We do like to get involved but give freedom to students as long as they inform us of there were about we do not allow sleep overs unless we are informed far in advance. We are open to travel nursing since we are both in healthcare . According to the bus schedule, it does not take 17min to Riverside or Terry Fox you can walk to Riverside in 15min and the bus is only 5 min and the Terry Fox bus is ten minutes, or walking back 20 min. Email me We are about 25 min away from Douglas College in Coq and 35 min from Douglas college in New Westminster. SFU is about an hour away buy bus and sky train. Bus is basically right out in front of our place, we have two stops with in walking distance. (159,188) We are open to negotiations on rent to some degree.
