Mom and 20-year old son in quiet UC neighborhood in 4 BR home. We have been hosting for 6 years. House is walking distance to bus stop and perfect for students attending UC San Diego. Bedrooms are furnished with bed/desk/dresser and small fridge
We have patio and space for BBQ in the back of the house. Area for smoking provided on back patio. Washer/Dryer available with laundry privileges.
Mom works some days. Looking ideally for an international exchange student for several months at a time.
