I am Master Mariner and my wife is Physiotherapist. we are in mid 50's and unfortunately no children.
Our new built house 2018 is Single Family with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and too spacious for two of us.
We are for first time hosting international students.
Situated in the family-friendly town Pointe Clare in the West Island of Montreal. The student’s bedroom is private and situated in enlighten semi basement with private spacious bathroom House is on corner with Valois Parc with Public Swimming pool 30m-3 Tennis court -Baseball & Soccer & Basketball terrain.
Near to Airport 10 minutes and possible to pick up student . Valois Train is 3 minutes walking distance from house as well Bus station 203 in front of house. By Train abt 25 minutes to downtown where cross 2 Metro lines . About 6 minutes walking distance to Lakeshore water front.

If you choose a room with a meal we could arrange with mutual agreement . We use home prepared food- chicken, beef, pork or fish, a grain such as quinoa or rice, and lots of fruits and vegetables. We prepare always warming soups.

We not have specified rules - calm night from 10 PM to 6 AM and mutual respect each other.
