I am a divorced mom of three girls ages 19, 15, and 11 years old. I work from home managing real estate properties and an online retail sales business. School and education is very important to me and I have high expectations and standards for my girls who are very active in competitive soccer and Girls Scout. We live in a nice small master planned community here in Escondido next to a soccer/ sports field called Frances Ryan Park. We have lived in our current home for almost 7 years and it is quite spacious enough to accommodate a homestay student. It's almost 4,000 square feet in size with 5 bedrooms plus an office and 4 bathrooms. My 18 year old graduated high school last year and is now a freshman in college studying Biology at University of California Riverside. She lives on campus so does not live at home currently, my 15 year old lives with her father temporary this coming up semester so she does not resides full time at the house. My 11 year old is very socialable and an active child so the homestay student will more than likely develop a good friendship with her. I have hosted short term students for the last couple of years mostly during the summer and have hosted long term during the school year students for the past 1.5 years.
