Small to medium size bedroom with a double sized comfortable bed with window and full sized standup mirror. The bathroom is very close to the room right across the halway. The residence has ample street parking and a nice kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. The residence is in a nice area of University City close to several grocery stores (Vons, Ralphs, Trader Joe's, Sprouts) and a pharmacy, as well as a public library and the UTC mall, as well as 805 and 5 freeways. I am willing to discount the rent in exchange for housekeeping, cleaning and help with pet care.
