Hello,
Our names are Oscar and Cora, husband and wife, and we are opening our home to female students that are looking for a comfortable and affordable housing. We love to spend time with our family especially our grandchildren. We love to explore, travel, and go for walks around our neighborhood.
We would like to welcome you in our home. We would support you in any way possible to make your stay safe and enjoyable. Our spare room has a single bed. Bathroom will be semi private and it has a tub/shower combo. Our home is located in Surrey, bus accessible, and 10 minutes walking distance to King George skytrain station.
Rules of the house: We can discuss this further and we're open to request and feedback.
*cleaning responsibility: own room, and bathroom and kitchen after use
*laundry: once per week, detergent provided
*no curfew but pls inform us if you are coming home late
*quiet time is at 10 pm
*no visitors
