One or Two bedrooms are available in a two bedroom basement FULLY FURNISHED apartment for females preferably in a quiet friendly home near the famous Scarborough Bluffs.

Clean basement apartment in nice neighborhood in Birch Cliff area near Midland Ave and Kingston Rd. Please read the details below and feel free to send me some info about yourself. This bedroom #1 (in this ad) is approx 150 sq ft. **See attached video and pics of this room. It has a large bright window (has curtains now), a built in closet (now has closet doors), bed, beddings, desk, comfy chair, side table. Mattress and bedding.

There is a second private bedroom #2 which is larger at approximately 200 sq ft. It is a bedroom/living room combo. It comes with place to put clothes, a bed with a foam mattress and bedding, cabinet, Ikea room divider, sectional couch.

This is a two bedroom apartment suitable for one female per room and each person will be sharing the kitchen, dining room and washroom. Each room is far apart from the other. Also have access to part of the backyard with table and chairs, barbeque and use of bicycles.
New renos. Separate side entrance. Total area approximately 650-675 sq ft (with both rooms). Kitchen/dining area with fridge/stove/toaster oven/hand mixer/coffee maker and also dishes, utensils, small appliances, towels and sheets etc, are included. Three piece bathroom with shower. Fire-rated drywall and insulation. Furnace room is to code. Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors.
Two minute walk to Kingston Rd and bus stop. About 10 mins to subway. Close to Scarborough Go Station. Many area parks (5 mins to Scarborough Bluffs, 10 mins to the Beaches), and ️ amenities (grocery stores, restaurants, drugstores, coffee shops, clinics etc.)
**100% smoke free property of any substance as well as vaping due to allergies.
