Hello,
Welcome to our home! . I am a newly retired English and Music teacher, and my daughter, is 23, and a gymnastics instructor . who also works with dogs. .
We have been hosting international students for 20 years. What fun it's been.

We have one very friendly dog and two cats. We love our pets, but if you don't, no problem, we can shut the door to your area.


Newly renovated basement suite with lots of natural light. Our smaller room is available May 1. Our larger room with a separate entrance is rented until May 14. Our two guests share a kitchen/laundry room and a bathroom. Rooms have desks, beds, wardrobes, dressers and night tables. Kitchen has fridge, toaster, microwave, air frier, hot plate, and kettle. All pots, pans, china, and utensils are supplied.

There is parking in the complex and a bus stop 1 minute away.

There is a lot to do here if you like biking, hiking, hanging out at the beach, shopping or relaxing. We live 10 minutes by bus to Lougheed Mall, where you can catch a sky train to anywhere. We are very close to Simon Fraser University.
If you want cable tv in your room we will mount it on the wall for you. We have high-speed internet. We also have security on our doors and windows so you can feel safe in our home.

There is a pool and sauna in the complex.
