The house is very close to Camosun College Lansdowne, Royal Jubilee Hospital, and Hillside Mall (8-10 minutes walk), a 10 minutes bus ride to UVIC (#14) and downtown Victoria (#14, #22, #27, #28). I have been hosting students from all over the world for 23 years now.
The monthly homestay fee includes all utilities, wifi, and laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towel but does not cover personal hygiene products (soap, shampoo, etc.). It does not include meals, snacks nor coffee/tea. The homestay fees is for one person staying in the room; overnight guest staying in the room is not allowed. Homestay students is allowed to use the kitchen appliances to cook own meals and to use the washer and dryer as well.
