Our property is a two storey house with four (4) bedrooms and a family room on the second floor. Two (2) rooms are occupied while the other (2) guest bedrooms are available for rent. Ground floor has a living room, storage room, laundry room, kitchen and dining area. We have a spacious front and backyard while our driveway can park four (4) vehicles. We are located on the north side of the city in a quiet residential neighborhood in Surrey. Close proximity to Guildford Mall, Central City Mall, Surrey City Centre, three (3) sky train stations, churches, Hawthorne Park, Holly Park and Green Timbers Urban Forest Park. Nearest bus stop is just a 3 min. walk from the house. Various big box stores like Walmart, Superstore, Staples, Canadian Tire and Shoppers Drug Mart along with a number of restaurants are just minutes away either by foot or a very short drive.

This is our first time hosting. We are a middle-aged Filipino-Canadian couple and my mother-in-law lives with us. We occupy the two (2) rooms and we will be sharing the same house with our guests during their stay. My husband and I loves to travel and learn other cultures. This is the main reason why we are hosting guests of other countries so we can have a more in-depth assimilation on their customs and traditions. We've visited the US, Mexico, UK, Northern Ireland, Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Greece and Turkey. We look forward to travel Asia, Latin America and Africa. I'm the housekeeper while my husband referees high school basketball. We have three (3) adult children who now lives in their own homes and two (2) lovely grandkids. Hobbies include hiking, gardening, cooking and watching movies on Netflix. We dog sit my son's dog (Bobby a maltipoo) when he is at work.

House rules include no smoking and no visitors allowed. Guests are to cleanup after themselves and maintain cleanliness in the house. Kindly inform us by text or call if you are coming home late (after 10pm).
