Cozy and spacious furnished rooms in excellent Edgemont community for rent in a 2 story single house ( about 260 square meter area). Very quiet and safe location at the very famous Edgemont neighborhood. Beautiful Rocky Montain view available from window or just in my yard that make you very happy and grateful. Close to University of Calgary, SAIT polytechnic and Winston Churchill high school. 77# bus station within 50 meters. Walk distance to grocery stores and gym.
