- Rental prices: $ 1000 - $1100 without meals (Free full access to kitchen for you to cook as well)- all prices are inclusive ,i.e., electricity, water, Google WiFi system.
- The room is fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, lamp, mirror, refrigerator, air condition, and bookshelves
- Looking for a FEMALE single occupancy (your own room not shared); shared bathroom with one female student.
- No drugs, No pets, No party, No overnight guest. Family home occupied.
- Airport pick up is available for free.
- Courtesy drop-off / pick-up to the Trolley/bus station. Also, food market ride ,i.e.,Mitsuwa, Zion, 99 Ranch, H Mart, Nijiya, Walmart etc.
Transportation:
To SDSU/ALI Orange Trolley transfer to Green Trolley approximately 25 minutes. my contact page bus (University Ave/ College Ave) to SDSU 20 minutes.
To CEL downtown San Diego Orange Trolley 30-35 minutes commute time.
