If you want to rent a room in a safe place with convenient transportation without a personal vehicle.
This house is a 1~2 minute walk to station Snowdon, which has 2 lines.
This house is fully furnished with all furniture and electronics, so you only need to bring your own luggage!
Montreal University is within walking distance,
Station McGill Univ and Guy Concordia Univ are within 20 minutes by metro from this house.

The house for rent has a total of 4 rooms, consisting of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, sunroom, veranda, storage in each room, and multiple storage spaces.
*Includes bed, desk, and large storage in each room
The room size is larger than that of a condo or apartment, so the spacious space is a big advantage!
* Washing machine, dryer, double-door refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, dishes, etc. It was purchased about 2 years ago, so it is relatively clean. The kitchen was also renovated about 2 years ago, so it is clean
The electrical work was done to install lights on the ceiling, so it is not stuffy!
There are convenient facilities around this house, such as the Metro supermarket, park, YWCA, library, McDonald's, Tim Horton, A&W Burger, various banks, Starbucks, Service Canada, pharmacy, and large hospital.
