My beautiful home is centrally located which means it's easy travel distance to universities, downtown Victoria, recreation facilities and shopping. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from my house. This is a perfect location for students at Royal Roads or Camosun College Interurban.
I am a retired lady with a grown family. I've been hosting mature students and career persons for the past 8 years. I have always been interested in young people and thoroughly enjoy each and every person who has shared my home.
You will find my home welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The spacious room has a balcony with a water view. You will have a private bathroom and use of the laundry, shared kitchen (with me) and your own fridge and cupboard space.
If you are an outdoors person, this is the place for you. I live close to lakes and to the ocean, with walking, hiking and biking trails.
My personal interests are music, theatre, sports, hiking, reading, entertaining (friends and or family for dinner).
You will find me to be easy going, friendly, welcoming. You have complete privacy in my home.
I will expect you to do your own meals, clean kitchen after your use, keep your room and bathroom clean. If you are having company past 11pm, please check with me.
