Our homestay is a single bedroom in Templestowe Lower.
The house is conveniently located within 3 minutes walking distance to the Bus stop which will take you to the city inn40 minutes single bus ride. There is a bus 7 min walk that will take you to Westfield Doncaster Shopping Centre/ Box Hill Train Station/ Box Hill Shopping Centre in minutes.

Overall the place is very convenient. 2 Bathrooms and common areas are shared with 2 other tenants. You would need to be someone who is comfortable living around a dog.

Rate is $300/week, bills are included.
