Hello dear guest. I am a friendly, kind and experienced homestay mature lady located in the beautiful city of Vancouver. I speak English and Spanish. I have hosted students from around the globe and always successfully. I used to work in the health system, and I love to paint. I practice meditation and go everyday for a walk. Your room is clean and well furnished, away from noise. It has closet, bookcase, one single bed, beddings, study table and a chair, desk lamp, TV, free high speed internet access WIFI, AND PRIVATE BATHROOM. You can use the gym and Jacuzzi adjacent to the place. This clean, peaceful, and quiet homestay is in an excellent neighbourhood, and it is located by a river. Only 1 roommate lives in this house. It takes 10 minutes to get to the Marine skytrain station, and the sky train makes 15 minutes ride to get downtown.

$750.00 per month, private bathroom.
25 % Damage deposit is required. The deposit is refundable if you give us one month notice and no damaged of the room.

Homestay fee include:

Utilities, once a week laundry.
Please reply with your personal profile, full name, gender, moving in dates and moving out dates, country of origin, and the purpose of your visit to Vancouver. No smoking, no drugs, no alcohol on the property. Thank you kindly! I will reply your email right away, if I have a room available.

Shorter stay for a month or for less than a month it will be $60.00/day subject to availability. We require a copy of photo ID or passport and proof of enrolment for security reasons.

We will pick you up from the airport only when possible.
