Hello ~

My home is in an excellent location close to University of Toronto and George Brown Casa Loma Campus in a vibrant neighbourhood called the Annex. It is a beautiful home less than a on- minute walk from the Bathurst Subway Station or a seven-minute walk to the Spadina Subway Station. We have either a single bedroom that walks out to a beautiful terrace. The price is $1,220/month for s single bedroom which works for one person. This price includes a simple breakfast each day. I can provide rates for two or three meals per day if you like by email. We have a small, friendly, Havanese dog.

My name is Theresa and my children are grown up now. I love cooking and helping people settle in to the beautiful city of Toronto, just as I have been welcomed by people abroad in my life. I have visited France, Germany, Switzerland, Argentina, Chile, Turkey Turks & Caicos, every province in Canada, many states in the United States, Mexico and other places.

I am an active person who loves walking, hiking and running. Travel, family history, reading and art are my hobbies. I am a professional genealogist who works mostly from home.

Rules of the house: Be respectful, responsible and kind. Communicate what you need so I can help you feel welcome. Tidy up after yourself in your room and the public spaces. Enjoy yourself and feel at home.
