We are a simple family enjoying life, and willing to assist you for every need while you staying.

Private and Clean room are available in safe neighborhood with friendly and easy-going Homestay, located in convenient Royal York Rd and The Queensway. Supermarket, restaurants, and stores are around the corner. Bus stop is 1min by the door, and a few stops to the Royal York subway station. Easy commute, 20min to downtown Toronto and University of Toronto St. George Campus. Close to Humber College Lakeshore Campus. Walk to High School Bishop Allen Academy and Etobicoke School of Art. In Royal York Road.

Basement apartment has separate entrance, includes 2 rooms and a living room, washroom, and kitchen. One person per room (not sharing); Wash and Dryer are on site.

The kitchen in basement is equipped with full size Refrigerator, Microwave, Toast/oven, Induction Cooktop, Kettle, can be used for quick and easy cooking.
The apartment can be rented as private room and share Living room, Washroom, and Kitchen with another student for $680 per month. Or, it can be rented as One bedroom apartment with private own Living room, Washroom and Kitchen for $1050. Or, it can be rented as Two bedrooms apartment with private own Living room, Washroom and Kitchen for $1250. Please message for details.
