My Homestay offers a warm welcome to students from all countries around the world and will assist you with every need while you are staying. I have a 2-Bedroom 1-Bath Basement Apartment with Separated Entrance, with full privacy for the students, providing the following features:

• Prime Location: Royal York Road and the Queensway in Etobicoke
• Price including All Utilities (Water, Hydro, Heat) and Wi-Fi.
• Clean and Cozy Apartment, Safe Neighborhood
• Close to Royal York Subway Station. TTC Buses mins away, multiple lines run frequently and directly to the Subway Station and all directions.
• At the edge of downtown Toronto, with easy access TTC 20 mins to the downtown, University of Toronto St. George Campus, TMU, OCAD etc.
• Close to Humber College Lakeshore campus
• Walking distance to High School Bishop Allen Academy and Etobicoke School of Art.
• In the center to High school Father John Redmond Catholic Secondary School and Etobicoke Collegiate Institute, and other Etobicoke Colleges
• Nearby the Highway QEW, Supermarkets, Restaurants, and Shopping areas.
• Share Living room, Kitchenette, and Washroom with another one in Apartment.
• Wash and Dryer are on site.
• Small kitchenette is equipped with full size Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster and Induction Cooktop, can be used for quick and easy cooking.
