Dear Student,
Welcome to Canada! My name is Mary, and I’m a proud Filipino living in Calgary. I live in a cozy and clean 3-bedroom house with my 13-year-old child. We are a warm and respectful family, and we’re excited to welcome you as part of our home.
We have a private room available for $950 per month, which includes Wi-Fi and all utilities. If you’d like meals included, we offer breakfast and dinner for an additional $500/month.
I also run my own home-based facial spa, and as part of the family, you’ll receive a 50% discount on all my contact pages! On weekends, we often go for picnics or camping trips, and you're welcome to join us for some fun and relaxation.
I’d be happy to pick you up from the airport when you arrive to make your transition smoother.
