Hello. My name is Shannon. I am a F/T veteran elementary school teacher of approximately 36 years. I have hosted international students, guest professors, university students & medical residents for 13 years. I can offer a studious homestay environment with a positive family culture. Busy schedules and work commitments do not make meal provisions convenient but I am open to creative ideas. My modern, executive bungalow is located in a safe, mature neighbourhood an ideal U of A location only 20 minute walk from the main university campus, only 2 minutes from transit or 5 minutes from the LRT and shopping mall. I offer furnished bedrooms with walk-in closets, large windows overlooking spacious, landscaped yards. Shared full bathroom (with only one other person), games room, family great room, hot tub, large outdoor deck, Netflix, landscaped yard, piano, shared kitchen, laundry, WIFI, cable TV, and air conditioning. It is a comfortable and convenient home away from home. You will not be disappointed.
