Eight years ago we started out as a way to help a student from Spain have a clean, inexpensive, fun, quiet and safe place to live while studying English. Over the years we have hosted as many as 7 students at one time. We are looking for a select few students to be a part of our 2018 home stay. Immediate occupancy is available for a select few, applicant must be open to meeting and interacting with other cultures and races. Full or part time students preferred, as home is managed by students and is subject to student regulations and changing regulations. The home offers an open kitchen for communal cooking, but you must clean up after yourself in the kitchen and common area's. Washer and dryer are located on the lower level and wifi is included in rental price. All rooms are furnished with a bed sheets and blankets, closet space, dressers and desk with chair. single or twin rooms are available. ONLY SERIOUS OFFERS AND RENTERS NEED APPLY!! Rooms are $550 for single rooms. There is also a $200 cleaning deposit due at move in that is returned if room is left in order and clean fashion on moving out. Home is located 15 minutes from downtown Chicago and 10 minutes from the lake or the University of Chicago.
